Turnover of Linstow Baltic up 24.1% in 2021

RIGA, May 20 (LETA) - Linstow Baltic shopping center manager last year generated EUR 3.524 million in turnover, up 24.1 percent from 2020, while the company's loss was EUR 21,093, shrinking 32.5 times from a year ago, according to Firmas.lv.

The company's management says in its report that last year the company operated Alfa, Origo and Mols shopping centers in Latvia, and Ulemiste in Estonia.

On January 31, 2021, the agreement between Linstow Baltic and Multi Latvia on management services provided to Delta Property and Tirdzniecibas Centrs Mols was terminated, and as a result, Linstow Baltic suspended operation of Alfa and Mols...
