Turnover of Latvia's Domenikss car dealership grows 31.8% in 2021

RIGA, July 28 (LETA) - Domenikss, the authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Truck AG vehicles in Latvia, closed 2021 with EUR 49.774 million in turnover, which is an increase of 31.8 percent against a year before, while the company's profit dwindled to EUR 105,152, according to Firmas.lv.

Revenue from selling passenger cars, SUVs and commercial transport vehicles grew by 45.2 percent year-on-year to EUR 34.788 million, revenue from selling spare parts rose 13.7 percent to EUR 16.244 million, and automobile maintenance services brought in EUR 2.049 million, which is an increase of 1.4 percent against 2020.

The company's management attributed the turnover growth to a stabilization of the market and adaptation to the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The segments of passenger cars and minibuses showed modest growth against 2020, with the segment of light passenger cars growing by 5.1 percent and the minibus segment increasing 15.8 percent. According to...
