Tet Group raises turnover 21% in H1

RIGA, July 19 (LETA) - Telecommunications company Tet posted EUR 134.4 million in turnover in January-June, which is 21 percent more than in the first half of last year, representatives of the company told LETA.

Tet Group's export turnover increased by 16 percent year on year.

"The situation in Latvia's business environment still remains changeable, which means that service providers must be able to quickly adapt to changes. Especially so in cyber security that, as the number of attacks on organizations and companies' websites rises, is becoming an increasingly demanded service. In the meantime, the growing electricity prices has prompted installation of solar panels by residents, a service we started providing this year," says Tet CEO Uldis Tatarcuks.
