Tele2 to invest more than EUR 500,000 in digital service channels

RIGA, May 26 (LETA) - Tele2 mobile operator will invest more than EUR 500,000 in development of digital service channels, LETA learned from Tele2 representatives.

The company said that the money will be invested in improvement of the self-service portal, mobile app and internet store.

"At present, more than one third of clients are regularly served on the self-service portal and mobile app. About half of our customers shop on internet store," said Tele2 commercial director Raivo Rosts.
