Swedbank lends over EUR 7 million to Merks Magnolijas residential project

RIGA, July 25 (LETA) - Swedbank has granted a loan worth more than EUR 7 million to Merks real estate developer for construction of Merks Magnolijas residential buildings in Pardaugava, Riga, the bank's representatives informed LETA.
The builder's representatives would not disclose the total size of investments planned in the Merks Magnolijas project.
Merks Magnolijas is the first residential project Merks is developing Pardaugava. The houses are being built in Skrines Street, Sampeteris neighborhood.
In the first stage of the project Merks will build three energy efficient three-story buildings with a total of 96 apartments...
