Strong Winds, Precipitation to Hit Latvia this Weekend

RIGA, March 6 (LETA) - Latvia will be hit by strong winds, rain and snow in the following days, meteorologists informed.

On Thursday, the sky will become overcast, with snow and rain expected in many areas, except eastern parts of Latvia. With a gusty wind blowing from the south, temps will rise to plus 7 degrees centigrade.
