RIGA, July 26 (LETA) - This summer's stormy winds and heavy rains have flattened around 20 percent of grain crops in Latvia, Maira Dzelzkaleja-Burmistre, a representative of Zemnieku Saeima (Farmers' Assembly) told LETA.

The representative of the nongovernmental organization indicated that worst-hit are crops in the provinces of Zemgale and Kurzeme.
