Several thousands of people gather for march against Soviet-era monuments

RIGA, May 20 (LETA) - On Friday evening, several thousands of people have gathered in Riga for the march against Soviet-era monuments, LETA observed.

The event was started with the Latvian anthem by the Freedom Monument. Many of the participants were carrying Latvian national flags, and there were also Ukrainian flags visible.
