RIGA, July 22 (LETA) - The sanctions against Russia and Belarus imposed by the European Union should be implemented uniformly by all EU member countries, Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics (New Unity) said during a meeting with the visiting European Commissioner for Financial Stability, Financial Services and the Capital Markets Union, Mairead McGuinness on Friday.
