RIGA, May 10 (LETA) - At the moment, it does not seem that Russia and Vladimir Putin's regime have any real plans to turn the war in Ukraine in the desired direction, the adviser to the president on national security and former director of the Constitutional Protection Bureau Janis Kazocins told Latvian Television this morning.

Kazocins noted that if Putin had such a vision, then the changes would have already been made, but now decisive progress has not been achieved even in the east of Ukraine, where almost all the Russian military forces are concentrated.
