Riga to host annual congress of European Green Party

RIGA, May 30 (LETA) - The European Green Party (EGP) will hold its annual congress in Riga from June 3 to 5, with Europe' s energy independence, defense and security expected to feature high on the event's agenda.

Latvia's Progressives, this year's partner of the EGP congress, will become a candidate party of the EGP community, Progressives representative Davis Lodzins informed LETA.
