Profit of LPB Bank in Q1 reaches EUR 1.435 million

RIGA, May 25 (LETA) - LPB Bank in the first quarter of this year earned EUR 1.435 million in profit, which is by 61.4 percent more than in the respective period last year, according to the financial report published by the bank.

The bank's assets at the end of March stood at EUR 202.421 million or by 0.3 percent or EUR 629,000 down from the end of 2021.

The bank's capital and reserves in the first quarter of this year rose by 1.4 percent to EUR 148.351 million.

The bank's capital and reserves in the first quarter declined by 12.1 percent to EUR 33.357 million at the end of March.

In 2021, LPB Bank posted EUR 5.507 million in profit, and in the first quarter of last year the profit reached EUR 889,000.
