Police detain person who tried to block patriotic march in Riga

RIGA, May 20 (LETA) - The State Police today detained three persons during the patriotic march in Riga against Soviet-era monuments.
The police informed that one of the persons tried to block the march by lying down on the ground near the Victory Park.
nother person was detained for petty hooliganism, showing rude gestures and shouting out slogans from public transport. Another person was detained for showing a Russian flag on its phone screen to participants of the march.
LETA observed that the march passed peacefully, without any significant conflicts.
