Operator of McDonald's restaurants in Latvia raises turnover 12.3% in 2021

RIGA, May 3 (LETA) - Premier Restaurants Latvia, the operator of McDonald's fast food restaurant chain, closed 2021 with EUR 50.656 million in turnover, up 12.3 percent against a year before, while the company's profit dropped 16.2 percent to EUR 1.871 million, according to Firmas.lv.

The company's annual report says that revenue grew as the company's operations improved after the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Deliveries to associated companies in Estonia and Lithuania also increased on stronger demand in these countries.

In 2021, McDonald's continued to operate in a complex and challenging environment, focusing on operational improvements, as well as ensuring the safety of staff and clients in the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic.
