New Unity, Greens/Farmers and National Alliance top list of Latvia's most popular political parties in April - poll

New Unity, the Union of Greens and Farmers, as well as the National Alliance remained Latvia's three most popular political parties in April, Latvian Television reported on Tuesday, citing a new public opinion poll.

The latest SKDS survey shows New Unity's rating rose by 0.4 percentage points over the month to 9.8 percent, support for Greens/Farmers increased by percentage points to 8 percent and the National Alliance saw its popularity rating go up 0.6 percentage points to 7.8 percent.

Harmony came fourth with 6.8 percent voter support in April, up 0.1 percentage points.

Meanwhile, the rating of Development/For was down by one percentage point to 4.4 percent and voter support for the Progressives declined by 0.5 percentage points to 4.4 percent.
