Mobile network operator Tele2 raises turnover 9.5% in 2021

RIGA, May 12 (LETA) - Mobile network operator Tele2 posted EUR 152.246 million in turnover in 2021, an increase of 9.5 percent on 2020, while the company's profit decreased 7.6 percent to EUR 31.864 million, according to Firmas.lv.

ccording to the company's annual report, 2021 was a year of growth for Tele2, which had more than a million customers at the end of the year, regardless of the hardships caused by the pandemic.

The report attributes the increase in turnover to a successful commercial strategy and understanding the needs of customers and society.

The report also says that Tele2 accelerated implementation of digital solutions in sales, customer service and operations last year, and continued development of infrastructure.
