Marathon runner Sokunova's name crossed off list of national team candidates after participating in Pskov Marathon

RIGA, May 12 (LETA) - Latvian marathon runner Jekaterina Sokunova's name has been crossed off the list of national team candidates, the Latvian Athletics Federation has informed.

Sokunova competed in the Pskov Marathon on April 24, where she finished in overall first place.

Sokunova had been listed as a candidate for the Latvian team.
