Lithuanian MPs OK civil resistance training strategy

VILNIUS, May 17, BNS - The Lithuanian Seimas on Tuesday approved a strategy to prepare Lithuanian citizens for civil resistance, stressing that state defense should not be understood only as armed defense.

114 lawmakers voted in favor of the strategy and one abstained.
