Liepajas Papirs paper mill raises consolidated turnover 4.9% in 2021

RIGA, July 19 (LETA) - Latvian paper mill Liepajas Papirs, based in the southwestern Latvian city of Liepaja, closed 2021 with EUR 8.129 million in turnover, which is an increase of 4.9 percent against a year before, while the company's profit grew 13 percent year-on-year to EUR 549,452, according to Firmas.lv.

The group's parent, Liepajas Papirs, reported EUR 8.045 million in turnover and a profit of EUR 528,969 for 2021.

The group's management reported that various rules and restrictions introduced because of the Covid-19 pandemic made long-term business planning difficult last year.
