Latvian Transport Sector Presents Its Business Proposal in Japan

RIGA, Feb 25 (LETA) Latvian Transport Ministry's state secretary Kaspars Ozolins and Latvian transport sector representatives on Monday presented the transport sector's business proposal to Japanes transport companies, the ministry reported.

Ozolins and Latvian transport sector's companies are on a working visit to Japan from February 25 until March 1 to meet with Japan's state officials and transport and transit sector representatives.

The Latvian delegation on Monday met with representatives if Nippon Express logistics company who has representations in 46 countries.

Also, on Monday a joint seminar by the Latvian embassy in Japan and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) was held, gathering the largest players in Japan's transport sector...
