Latvia's inflation rate above EU and eurozone average in June - Eurostat

RIGA, July 19 (LETA) - In June, Latvia's annual inflation was above the average inflation rate recorded in the European Union's (EU) and the eurozone, according to the latest data released by Eurostat on Tuesday.

Latvia reported a 19.2 percent inflation rate for June 2022. The highest inflation rate in June was recorded in Estonia (22 percent) and Lithuania (20.5 percent).

Compared to June 2021, consumer prices rose in all EU member states in June of this year.
