Latvia's industrial output growth above EU/eurozone average in March - Eurostat

RIGA, May 13 (LETA) - In March 2022, Latvia's industrial production output grew by 6.3 percent against the same month a year ago, which is faster than in the European Union and the eurozone on average, according to the data on 26 EU member states released on Tuesday by Eurostat.

Of the EU member states reporting their data, industrial production grew in 17 countries, with Lithuania recording the fastest increase (25.9 percent), followed by Bulgaria (19.1 percent), Poland (17.4 percent), Denmark (12.2 percent), Greece (8.3 percent) and Estonia's (7.9 percent).

Meanwhile, industrial output was down 0.1 percent in Spain and France...
