Latvia's cumulative Covid-19 incidence virtually unchanged after weekend

RIGA, May 30 (LETA) - Latvia's cumulative two-week Covid-19 incidence remained virtually unchanged over the weekend, slipping from 125.6 to 125.1 cases per 100,000 population, according to the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC).

Of the 5,040 Covid-19 tests carried out over the weekend, 6.5 percent returned positive. Of the 329 people diagnosed with the coronavirus infection, 124 were unvaccinated or had not completed their vaccination course, and 205 were fully vaccinated.
