RIGA, July 18 (LETA) - Latvia's 12 higher education institutions this year received 10,123 applications from would-be students, which is the lowest figure in the past three years, according to data available on Latvija.lv central and local government portal.
Registration for enrollment at Latvia's universities and colleges ended at 16:00 Monday.
