Latvia decorates Estonia's outgoing ambassador

RIGA, July 21 (LETA) - President Egils Levits on Thursday presented the Order of the Three Stars to outgoing Estonian Ambassador to Latvia Arti Hilpus, LETA was told at the president's office.
