Latvia confirms 262 new Covid-19 cases, one death

RIGA, May 25 (LETA) - Another 262 people in Latvia tested positive for Covid-19 and one person died of the coronavirus disease in the past 24 hours, the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) informed LETA.

Of the 3,205 Covid-19 tests carried out on Tuesday, 8.2 percent returned positive.

Of the new Covid-19 cases recorded in the past 24 hours, 99 people were unvaccinated or had not completed their vaccination course and 163 people were fully vaccinated.
