Latvia confirms 1,767 new Covid-19 cases

RIGA, Aug 4 (LETA) - Another 1,767 people tested positive for Covid-19 and there have been no reports on Covid-19 related deaths in Latvia in the past 24 hours, the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) informed.
Of the 4,792 Covid-19 tests carried out on Wednesday, 36.9 percent returned positive.
Of the new Covid-19 cases recorded in the past 24 hours, 728 people were unvaccinated or had not completed their vaccination course and 1,039 people were fully vaccinated.
