RIGA, May 3 (LETA) - Joint-stock energy company Latvenergo plans to open a new solar panel park with an installed capacity of 11.1 megawatts (MW) in the historic territory of the 1st Riga Thermal Power Plant (TEC-1), which would be the largest solar park in Latvia, Latvenergo told LETA.
