Klasmann-Deilmann Latvia peat company raises turnover 16.5% in 2021

RIGA, May 27 (LETA) - Klasmann-Deilmann Latvia peat extraction company last year generated EUR 9.979 million in sales, up 16.5 percent against a year before, while the company's profit increased by 28.6 percent to EUR 1.115 million, according to Firmas.lv business database.

Klasmann-Deilmann Latvia sells its peat products only in European Union (EU) member states. Of the total peat volume produced last year, 12 percent were sold on the domestic market, the company's management said in the annual report.
