Handamp;m Opens First Shop in Tallinn; Competitors Stay Still - Estonian Press

Scandinavian clothing retail giant Hennes and Mauritz (Handamp;M) opened its first store in Rocca al Mare shopping center in Tallinn on Saturday; competitors say they are not affected, reports BBN referring to Äripäev.

As reported, Handamp;M intends to expand at the Baltic states market and open 11 stores more by the end of the next year.

According to Kati Kusmin, marketing manager of Estonian clothing group Baltika, Handamp;M is not a new competitor for Baltika because they have already been working on the markets of neighboring countries for a while.
