Estonia: Enefit Green shareholders approve dividend payment of EUR 39.9 mln

TALLINN, May 17, BNS - The annual general meeting of shareholders of listed Estonian renewable energy company Enefit Green on Tuesday decided to pay out 39,906,000 euros or 0.151 euros per share as dividends.

The retained earnings of Enefit Green group as of Dec. 31 amounted to nearly 157.7 million euros, including a profit of nearly 79.7 million euros for the year ended, the company told the stock exchange.

The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be established on June 1 as at the end of the business day of the Nasdaq CSD settlement system. Consequently, the day of change of the rights related to shares, that is the ex-dividend...
