Estonia: Eften United Property Fund to receive dividend from Eften Kinnisvarafond

TALLINN, May 17, BNS - The general meeting of the shareholders of the Eften Kinnisvarafond AS held on Tuesday approved the annual report for 2021 and confirmed a larger dividend payout as compared to the initially planned size, 16.03 cents per share compared with the initially planned 14.68 cents per share.

"The strong financial results of Eften Kinnisvarafond last year enable to pay 9 percent more dividends per share than forecast, that is instead of 14.68 cents, investors will receive dividends of 16.03 cents per share. As Eften Kinnisvarafond is one of the underlying funds of Eften United Property Fund, our retail fund will also receive dividends," Kristjan Tamla, head of retail business at Eften Capital, said in a press release.

The Eften United Property Fund owns 1,167,058 Eften Kinnisvarafond AS shares, currently one of the largest investments in the Eten United Property Fund, accounting for 18 percent of the fund's assets. The Eften United Property Fund will receive a dividend of 187,079 euros from...
