Defense ministers of Latvia and Ukraine discuss further support to Ukraine

RIGA, May 9 (LETA) - Latvian Defense Minister Artis Pabriks (Development/For) and Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov in a phone call on Monday discussed the current situation in Ukraine and Latvia's possibilities to provide further humanitarian and military support to Ukraine, LETA was told at the Latvian Defense Ministry's press office.
Reznikov thanked Latvia for the support provided so far to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities and supported proposals for the cooperation of the two countries' armed forces and defense industries, as well as Latvia's fundraising initiatives.
