Conservatives pledge to increase minimum wage and average pension to EUR 750 in four years

RIGA, July 21 (LETA) - The Conservatives are determined to increase the minimum wage, tax-exempt minimum wage and the average pension to EUR 750 during the 14th Saeima's term, as Saeima Economic, Agricultural, Environmental and Regional Policy Committee Chairman Krisjanis Feldmans said at the party's press conference today.

The party also promises to increase child benefits to EUR 50 for one child, EUR 200 for two children, EUR 450 for three children, and EUR 200 euros for each child in families with four or more children.
