Central Election Commission has registered 19 electoral lists for 14th Saeima elections

RIGA, Aug 2 (LETA) - A total of 19 political parties and alliances had submitted their electoral lists to the Central Election Commission by Tuesday as registration for the 14th Saeima elections ended, the Central Election Commission informed.

The number of parties fielding their candidates in this year's parliamentary elections has increased by three from the 2018 Saeima elections.

This year, the Central Election Commission has registered the electoral lists of Development/For, For Stability!, Harmony, Progressives, New Unity, Latvia First, United List, National Alliance, Union of Greens and Farmers, For Him and Her, Russian Union of Latvia, Republic, Conservatives, Sovereign Power, Force of People's Power, Servants of the People for Latvia, Association for Latvia, Christian Progressive Party and United for Latvia.
