Beer production in Latvia up 14.5% in January-May

RIGA, July 27 (LETA) - In the first five months of this year, a total of 37.684 million liters of beer were produced in Latvia, which is 14.5 percent more than in the first five months of 2021, according to the excise goods circulation indicators compiled by the State Revenue Service.
In the first five months of the year, 36.843 million liters of beer were imported to Latvia, which is 0.2 percent more than in January-May 2021.
