Amount of milk supplied by Latvian dairy farmers down 3.2% in June

RIGA, July 18 (LETA) - The amount of raw milk supplied by Latvian dairy farmers in June dropped by 3.2 percent from the same period a year ago to 72,048 tons, according to the information from the Latvian Agricultural Data Center.

Meanwhile, purchases of organic raw milk decreased by 11.6 percent year-on-year to 5,124 tons in June 2022, and processing of organic milk increased by 11.1 percent to 3,167 tons.
