Baltic, Polish and Swedish entrepreneurs urge more resolute action to ban Russian energy imports

The Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Polish and Swedish chambers of commerce and industry have sent the European Union's (EU) top officials a letter calling for more resolute action aimed at banning Russian gas, oil and coal imports in the European Union (EU), LETA was told at the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).

The letter to European Council President Charles Michael, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Parliament President Roberta Metsola also expresses support for Ukraine's fight against Russian invaders.
