Administrator of Latvijas Krajbanka recovers EUR 4,900 in April

The insolvency administrator of the to-be-liquidated Latvijas Krajbanka, recovered EUR 4,936 in April 2022, which is 2.1 times more than a month before when the administrator recovered EUR 2,346, according to a report published in the official gazette Latvijas Vestnesis.

In April 2022, all of the funds were recovered from loans issued by the bank.

Thus, in the first four months of this year, the administrator recovered EUR 84,030 of the bank's funds.

The costs of the Latvijas Krajbanka insolvency procedure totaled EUR 53,425 in April 2022.

The bank's debt to the Deposit Guarantee Fund stood at EUR 167.426 million in late April, unchanged from the end of 2021.

Other creditors' claims to the bank totaled EUR 263.845 million, also unchanged from the end of 2021.

Latvijas Krajbanka's assets were worth EUR 3.811 million at the end of April.
