41 polling stations to be open abroad for 14th Saeima elections

RIGA, July 23 (LETA) - On Friday, the Central Election Commission (CEC) approved the establishment of 41 polling stations in foreign countries in the premises of Latvian diplomatic and consular missions, following the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the head of the Information Department of the CEC Laura Krastina informed LETA.

These polling stations will be open in 38 countries - the United States, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, France, Greece, Georgia, Estonia, India, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Japan, Canada, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, South Korea, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Lithuania, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Finland, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Uzbekistan, Germany and...
